Cuddy Cottage is a compact cottage, suitable for 2 people, it is positioned just off Church Street (which is the road that runs alongside the harbour and river on the old East side of Whitby). Converted from a Georgian wash house Cuddy Cottage is accessed through a communal yard. The cottage consists of a combined lounge/kitchen/diner with stairs up to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside is an outhouse with a washer/dryer and a tiny yard.
The cottage has just been renovated to a very high standard. Downstairs has a  ceramic tiled floor with under floor heating, a high spec kitchen with natural beech worktops and stainless steel appliances including a fan oven and a microwave. There is a feature coal effect stove, a sofa and a fold-down dining table and chairs and a TV/video plus cd/radio. Upstairs is a full size double bed, a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with w.c. and basin.
