Recently renovated (2006) Immaculate inside and out but still retaining it's character with stripped pine floors and doors, cast iron fireplace and some beamed ceilings. The cottage sleeps up to 6 and offers full gas central heating controlled by you, a hi-spec kitchen with solid beech worktops and integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer and dining area for 6. The lounge has a real flame gas fire set in a period fireplace and 2 comfy leather sofas plus TV with "Freeview" and a DVD player. All the bedrooms have comfortable good quality beds and as well as the Victorian style bathroom with roll topped bath and powerful separate shower there is a 1st floor cloakroom with basin and w.c. The panoramic views from the 1st floor lounge and the master bedroom cover the boatyard, harbour and marina as well as the West side of Whitby. Your well behaved dog is welcome and stays free.
