A minimum deposit of £100 per
week or part week (or full payment) is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday date. If booking within 8 weeks of
your holiday we require full payment with this form.
If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason we will only refund your
payment (less deposit) if we can re-let the cottage at the full rate.
If we cannot find you a suitable property we will of course refund your payment
in full.
We do not allow over occupancy of the property.
We reserve the right to enter the property at any time to do repairs etc. but we
will try to contact you first.
