                                                                    Terms and Conditions
A minimum deposit of £100 per week or part week (or full payment) is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday date. If booking within 8 weeks of your holiday we require full payment with this form.
If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason we will only refund your payment (less deposit) if we can re-let the cottage at the full rate.
For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday we will try our hardest to find you a similar property.
If we cannot find you a suitable property we will of course refund your payment in full.
Our aim is for you to enjoy your holiday in a clean and comfortable property. If we fall short of this please tell us during your stay.
We will then do what we can to enable you to enjoy your stay. If we do not hear of problems until after your stay we will not entertain claims.
We do not allow over occupation of the cottages. We reserve the right to enter the cottages at any time to do repairs etc.
Your well behaved dog is welcome at no extra charge in all the cottages. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Dog owners must confine their dog downstairs, not leave them unattended and exercise them away from the cottage.
Please clean up after your dog. We will charge you for any damage caused by your dog.
Please report any breakages or replace anything you have broken. We reserve the right to charge for any damage over and above wear and tear.
