+ PRICES ARE PER WEEK PER PROPERTY (EXCEPT 2/3/4 NIGHT BREAKS)
+ BOOKINGS NORMALLY RUN FROM 3PM SATURDAY TO 10AM THE NEXT SATURDAY 
+ ELECTRIC, GAS AND BED LINEN (BUT NOT TOWELS) ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
   TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE At AN EXTRA cost if required (e.g. foreign visitors)

+ BOATYARD  and Hackness ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE
+ Whitehall, QUAYSIDE AND SEAGULL ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE
+ Cuddy and Sail Loft accommodate a maximum of 2 people

+ You must not exceed the maximum numbers for the property . 

+ YOUR WELL BEHAVED Dogs ARE WELCOME AND STAY FREE (Whitehall/sail loft no pets)

+ we reserve the right to enter the property during your stay

Terms

+ A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £100 (or full payment) SECURES YOUR HOLIDAY.
+ your booking will be held for 5 days maximum while you send us a deposit

+ BALANCE IS REQUIRED 8 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE

+ IF BOOKING WITHIN 8 WEEKS OF YOUR HOLIDAY FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED

+ CHEQUES for the Whitby cottages SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO "OWNERS COTTAGES"
     Cheques for Whitehall, sail loft and Hackness should be made out to "M.carey"

+ WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE AS WE
        ONLY REFUND PAYMENTS IF AND WHEN WE RE-LET THE COTTAGE

+ credit cards WELCOME + £10 SURCHARGE. (Whitehall/sailloft/Hackness Cheque only)
