The Apartment consists of a spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom. Entrance is through a communal front door into a hallway then down 2 short wide sets of stairs to the apartment. The apartment has it's own front door from the corridor, through which is an entrance hall from which you access the rooms. The large Lounge/Diner/Kitchen sports a luxuriously appointed kitchen with a granite worktop, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a conventional oven and a microwave oven plus all the crockery and cutlery you would expect in a modern apartment. The dining area has a modern chrome and glass table and 2 chairs. The lounge area has a sumptuous leather sofa as well as a leather easy chair and pouffe. The apartment is on the landward side of the building but you still have glimpses of the boats on the river Esk from the lounge window. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and plenty of storage. The pretty bathroom has a shower over the bath. A pleasant 10 minute walk along the river side, past pubs, shops and eateries brings you to the swing bridge in the centre of Whitby.
